Margo Falls, founder of SeniorPark, found the W.E. Build Accelerator instrumental in moving her senior care software company from development to thriving, providing crucial mentorship and networking opportunities.
Before joining Build in Tulsa’s W.E. Build Accelerator, I was in the development phase of SeniorPark, a promising senior care software company. We had a great idea, but our growth felt stagnated. Like many entrepreneurs, I struggled with not knowing how to scale. I was looking for guidance, mentorship, and a supportive community to help me navigate the complexities of growing a tech business, especially one in a highly complex and niche industry like senior care.
When I was admitted into the W.E. Build Accelerator, there was a feeling of excitement. I knew this was a big opportunity, but I wasn’t sure what to expect. From the moment the program began, I realized that I had made the right choice. The mentors were top-notch—experienced, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in my success. Their guidance helped me refine my business model, focus on customer acquisition strategies, and improve our product offerings to better meet the needs of senior care providers.Throughout the program, I gained a clearer vision of SeniorPark’s potential and the tools I needed to reach that vision. W.E. Build’s emphasis on networking also opened doors to partnerships that I wouldn’t have found otherwise. I learned to think bigger and prioritize strategic growth over just day-to-day survival.
Looking back, the most significant outcome of the accelerator wasn’t just the growth of my business—it was my personal growth. I became more comfortable making tough decisions while navigating the complexities of scaling a startup.
Today, SeniorPark is thriving. We’ve expanded our client base, and our team is growing steadily. The lessons I learned during the W.E. Build Accelerator continue to shape how I approach challenges and opportunities. The program not only helped my business evolve, but it also helped me evolve in leadership setting me on a path toward long-term success.
